• Slicker® hole cutters are cast alloy steel, machined to size, tempered and hardened
• Makes 1 1/2" hole in paint containers that don’t have screw-top holes
• Recommended for standard metal or plastic pails
Hole cutter is placed 2 inches from the inner edge of the rim. Rubber mallet drives the blades straight down until the hole cutter seats. The handle is then twisted to finish cutting hole. A plastic seal plug can then be used to seal the opening. The seal plugs are packaged in multiples of 100.
